Pete Villari has over 30 years of business and managerial experience, starting his career in sales and crossing over to multiple business disciplines. He formerly held executive-level positions in the communications industry, has been part of start-up companies, and recently co-owned a BPO contact center in Orlando, Florida.
A graduate of Mississippi College, Pete received a B.S.B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting and later continued in multiple MBA Programs.
Pete Villari brings to Cogent a diverse background in multiple business disciplines, from small start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. Although he has a strong background in sales, sales management and support, for much of his career and business ownership, he had full organizational and EBITDA responsibility within his markets. He excels in process management and operational controls and ran multiple call center operations for collections, customer service, and sales in both residential and commercial sectors.
No matter the role or position, Pete has always had a passion for applying the principles of addressing People and Processes to maximize results. Providing employees the tools needed to personally succeed and equipping them to help others succeed. Understanding what each employee needs to perform effectively at every level of the organization makes the employee and the organization more efficient and more productive.
