We sadly announce the passing of Jerry Williams, a founding member of Cogent Analytics and highly regarded Analyst. Jerry peacefully passed away on May 24, 2023. A funeral service to honor his life was held on May 31, 2023.
Jerry played a vital role in our organization, bringing extensive knowledge in Business Analytics, Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Investment Advisory, and Financial Planning. He was also an accomplished entrepreneur.
Jerry’s dedication to his family, particularly his daughter Margie Howell, also a founding member, was remarkable. His unique sense of humor, often expressed through memorable dad jokes, endeared him to many.
We also remember Jerry for his service as a Vietnam Era Veteran, past president of Kiwanis International, and esteemed member of the American Legion.
Our thoughts and condolences go out to Margie and the Williams family during this difficult time. Jerry’s contributions and impact on our organization and the Analyst team will always be cherished. We will fondly remember his warmth and wisdom. May he rest in eternal peace.
