Shane Williams is a native of Oneida, New York, and currently resides in Atlanta, GA, with his wife and two daughters. He is a graduate of Morrisville State College with an Associates in Business Administration and Colorado State University-Global Campus with a BS in Business Management and MS in Management. Shane is currently pursuing his executive leadership certification from the University of Notre Dame.
Shane has over 20 years of experience in the retail and supply chain industries, including construction, PMO, contract logistics, space planning, government contracts, and new retail store construction. His clients have included government agencies, financial institutions, Real Estate Owned (REO) industry, technology, big-box retailers, and mid to large-size retailers.
Shane is an organizational leader with primary strengths in P&L ownership, client service management, program management, project management in big-box retailers, and contract logistics. He has proven expertise in strategic and tactical planning to improve decision-making, execution of projects ,and programs through better planning, collaboration, and communication. Furthermore, a passion for building solid teams committed to delivering end to end in the retail operations and logistics space.
Shane Williams is a servant leader who has led nationwide teams from coast to coast resulted in over 3,000 site visits with a one hundred percent on-time completion. His desire is to develop and grow teams through lean management and continuous improvement, and well-documented processes and procedures.
Shane also understands what it means to be a small business owner, having started his own restaurant. His experience in both large and small businesses allows him to identify best practices and specifically apply solutions according to the organization’s needs.
