Our records were a mess. Our accounting was a mess. The office was a mess. And I was stressed out from trying to keep everything running. And then Ted started working with us. He jumped right in – taking charge of the back end process and he quickly convinced me that if we made some changes in the way the business operates, we could improve Southland’s profitability and my effectiveness as a manager in short order.
