My experience with Cogent began with an appointment that to be truthful I don’t think I was as prepared for as I should have been. It was with a very energetic guy that talked about the four pillars and connective tissue. As a newer business owner, I knew about the pillars but the connective tools were missing and we both knew it. He persuaded me into having an analyst come in to complete an assessment of the company both in terms of a financial and a personnel review. In came Arlon, he completed a full review and found a few major issues that we needed to address. Arlon spent three days review all of our financial data, employee reviews and professional observations. He had the recommendation that we bring in a Spanish speaking project manager to help open my windshield.

Santiago came in and immediately went to work. I wasn’t sure what to expect or how this would go. We started to review the deliverables schedule and I immediately knew we were lacking some major tools. Together we developed the tools and are working on the proper implementation of them. I am also working with Santy on the ability of using these tools in concert with each other. I expect this to be a long road but working with cogent has given me some direction. I am looking forward to the implementation and success of the tools and changes we made.

Mr. Quinn was incredibly thorough with his questions so he could better understand the intimate details of the daily operations. This allowed him to tactically design standard operating procedures and key performance indicators which are now part of my day to day.
