It has been a great experience in working on the ground with Marc Yovanovich. He has given us some direction of simplifying the way we do business. Knowing the value of relationships Marc was able to back me up with my team on how important customer service really is and how it can make a difference in the success of the company. We have a lot of work to do to get the value from Cogent Analytics services to make a real difference in bringing incentives for employees, job cost, and efficiencies in our company. Unfortunately we will have to do this in stages and with Marc’s help here on the ground and work on getting our initial investment back and continue in this training that Cogent offers. I believe we got off to a good start and will be more productive in our time management, customer relations, and the changes in our company.
