In March of 2016, HMCC, Inc and Concepta Business Solutions filed charges against Cogent Analytics to bring harm to the firm, the organization’s leadership, and specific employees. This was an effort by the Plaintiffs to interfere, oppress, and injure Cogent business interests.
On May 9, 2017 Judge Susan J. Dlott of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio Western Division ordered in favor of Cogent Analytics regarding all charges filed by HCMM, Inc, Concepta Business Solutions, LLC, and Plaintiffs.
