My experience with Cogent was life changing to say the least… I cannot say enough good things about their company and the time I spent with Bret and Nick. I was first approached 2 years ago by their staff over a simple phone call, and right off the bat I knew they were a company I wanted to work with just based on my interaction with their admin staff.
Bret came by and explained the whole process for the Discovery and what Cogent could do for my company. AT NO TIME did I feel pushed into anything and they respected my scheduling, and each and every choice along the way. Once I entered into the week-long Discovery — which was a combo of financial/personal/business analytics, training, coaching and putting plans into place to grow my business. My time with the analyst Nick taught me so much about myself and my company as well as my staff!
We even did the 2nd Discovery the next year, to brush up and check in and it was worth it.
I have used so much of his wisdom, advice, encouragement and my company has grown so much! Any of you who want to grow your business, get a good reality check on your current team/business, call them! Spend the time and money and use it as an investment in your company’s future! It will be more than worth it!!
