As new business owners, we were confident in our plumbing knowledge and our ability to serve customers well. But running the business side — that was a whole different story. Now, we have visibility into our numbers, understand our labor efficiency, and can track the health of our pipeline week to week.
What used to be stress and guesswork is now handled with consistency. Dispatching is smoother. Team communication is stronger. And we finally have the time to focus on growing the business, not just keeping it afloat.
Cogent didn’t just “fix” parts of our business — they helped us rebuild our business foundation to launch us into a bright future. We’re still learning, still improving, but we finally feel like we’re building a company that can scale.
