Business Development Coordinators start at $45,000/year base pay with an aggressive commission and bonus structure to earn an additional $15,000 – $75,000 annually. There’s no cap on earning potential as a BDC. Our top team members earn over $100,000/year.

As a BDC, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for increasing revenue by creating the first level of engagement with new prospects.
You will primarily engage with business owners and executives over the phone and through email, leveraging your persuasive communication skills to understand the prospect’s needs and demonstrate the value of partnership with Cogent Analytics.
This role requires a proactive approach to defining sales opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
