Overall, I have been very pleased with the performance of Robert Hahn and the product delivered by Cogent Analytics.

I believe when we began this process, we had an idea of what needed to be done, but not a real good grasp of how it should be done, and we certainly did not have the time to do it ourselves. Mr. Hahn has really done a good job of helping implement the controls, systems, and processes that will take us to the next level. Specifically, I appreciate the KPI’s and the more advanced reporting.

I am looking forward to the changes and new systems creating a more manageable company for me to run. Prior to the arrival of Robert, I spent quite a few hours putting out fires and “chasing my tail.” The work done to implement a more organized organizational structure with defined roles and expectations should lay the groundwork for me to get control of my divisions and handle the work load more efficiently.
