When I had the first phone call with Cogent the gentleman mentioned 1 thing that peaked my interest with allowing the discovery analyst. He mentioned improvement of processes. That was one thing that I was in the process of trying to figure out to try to make the office run more efficiently. At that time, I agreed to let Kevin come and do the initially discovery to see if this was something that Cogent could help me with. Kevin was amazing in how in 2 days he looked at how everything worked around the office with interviewing everyone individually and in a group setting. Once we finished the group meeting, I knew then that I needed help with improving the processes and workflow.
A few days later Vince showed up and started his deep dive into what everyone does and how they do it. After a few days he just seemed to fit right in as a member of the team. Immediately everyone saw him as someone here to help find ways to make things run smoother and more efficiently. Vince made the whole process seem easy.
I saw the attitude of my team change immediately and they became excited about seeing the implementation of the new processes and procedures that were to come. By week 2 and week 3 Vince introduced to me clearly defined job descriptions for me to present to key team members, a system of metrics so we can track our success and other specialized documents to help run a successful business.
Vince was an absolute joy to work with and there is not one thing that I would say that I would have disliked. He has made my work life easier and less stressful with processes and 2 tools that stand out the most are subcontractor pay sheets that cut my time in half when figuring what their pay would be. I look forward to and ongoing relationship with Cogent and seeing the processes that Vince helped put into place work over the next year. Knowing that Cogent will be there to help for the next year to help me monitor the systems to maintain a successful business.
