I would like to submit this as my recommendation of Cogent Analytics and Jeff Hibshman. Before Cogent, Sunbelt Glass was an “Okay” company. After the past couple of months with Jeff being in our office and spending each day learning how we operate and showing us a better way in many operational areas, we are now poised to be a Great company. Cogent helped us in critical areas as, cashflow management, individual position responsibilities and accountability, Key Performance Indicators (KPls) Reporting, Yearly Budgeting/Forecasting, as well as an awesome Incentive Program.
