Yahne’ Adams is an experienced business and management consultant. Adams specializes in organizational change, public relations, leadership development, organization optimization, business analysis, and strategy. She has been an entrepreneur for over a decade and was CEO of a social media and public relations company. Under her leadership, the company was voted 2019 Best in Customer Service by the Bakersfield Young Entrepreneurs Group (BYE). Yahne Adams has over 17 years of experience in Social Services. She is also a social media influencer with a social media reach of over 25,000. She was voted 2019 Socialite of the Year by BYE. She is a member of the California Association of Marriage
and Family Therapists, Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology, and the American Psychological Association.
Ms. Adams has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University Bakersfield and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Phoenix (UOP). At UOP, she studied human behavior and its impact on businesses. She also presented a research proposal involving systems theory and the strengths perspective on performance within large organizations. Ms. Adams is a first-year doctoral student at Grand Canyon University in their psychology program specializing in Industrial Organizational Psychology. She is currently studying how psychology can be used to optimize business performance.
