As a Senior Business Executive and Trusted Advisor, I have been providing guidance and direction to corporate leaders on multiple business unit transformation strategies, strategic planning and business development for more than twenty years. I partner with top executives to define vision, strategy, and direction and devise rigorous initiatives that align leadership structures with strategic priorities, engage stakeholders, shift culture mindset and drive business outcomes.
My methodology is to converge theoretical knowledge acumen in business strategy and talent/operations management to advance results for organizations and leaders that value organizational health as a performance driver. Further, I perform corporate-wide analysis and process mapping to devise cost-effective solutions, maximize sales revenue, generate organizational efficiencies and allocate resources. To accomplish this, I employ metrics from designing assessment tools and models to applying data measurement/analysis to understand the full impact of efforts and enhance decision-making. I have a history of successful engagements that are culturally sensitive with experience in 20+ countries, across 20+ industries. These industries include healthcare, manufacturing, mining, construction, maintenance, banking, supply chain, oil & gas, sales and marketing and many others.
To compliment my experience, I teach functional management systems as a Teaching Assistant at Columbia University helping students, often CTOs and CIOs of major companies, design their management systems with the purpose of enhancing their own and / or proposed businesses. In this capacity I advise students and provide feedback that enables them to develop a more robust Management Operating System to drive the success of their businesses. To this end, I derive great pleasure in providing my expertise on behalf of companies and students that are striving to be the best they can be.
