Sean Robertson has 25 years experience of leadership and organizational development with teams ranging from a handful to directly leading 600 and on staff for leading 5000. Sean has a Master’s and Bachelor’s in leadership plus a dozen courses in business management and project management (PMP earned with 18,000+ hours). Sean retired from the Marines where he also completed 14 military schools, completed combat zone tours, worked project and programs for defense industry, and worked at various levels of command and staff. Sean’s additional management time came in the areas of financial services, aviation, defense, barber shops (startup co-owner), city government (Texas elected official), information technology (IT), test equipment manufacturing, HR, academia, fitness, operations, and community non-profits. Regarding budgets, Sean’s largest involved directing a Fortune 150 transformation program where he was accountable for a $120M budget with a matrix staff of 250+ in support of $430B in assets with the mission to overhaul IT and the associated business processes (Six Sigma). Sean has had 7 Director roles with 4 being at the executive level. Sean is dynamic in his ability to go into any organization and solve the hardest people problems while concurrently delivering identified opportunities with the remainder of the profit pillars: operations and process, measurement, business development, and strategic planning. The ultimate goal in Sean’s consulting is to understand the client’s strategic objective, and then, as a co-CEO with the client, drive the needed change to obtain those goals.
