RL holds numerous certifications that speak to his impressive consultant ability. These certifications include Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Kaizen, DDI, DiSC, and SCRUM. In addition to his comprehensive abilities in these programs, RL has successfully negotiated multi-union initiatives as well as international mergers and acquisitions. He prides himself on exceeding his clients’ expectations by delivering powerful solutions on time and on budget.
RL uses Adaptive Leadership, Structured Collaboration and Measurable Engagement Methodologies to develop and implement sustainable organizational performance and excellence. He has diverse experience in dramatically reducing direct and indirect costs for operations, information technology, financial services, supply chain, medical, non-profit, recruiting, and aviation. RL is also experienced in instructional design, manufacturing, and call center operations. When starting a new project, RL uses Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement methodologies.
