Michael Beadle has a broad background in Operations, Sales Management, and Project management. Mike’s career ranges from co-owner of an Electrical Contracting company focusing on commercial and light industrial construction to food retail with The Kroger Company and food sales and processing with Sara Lee and Jimmy Dean Foods. His background in perishable food retail and manufacturing has instilled a sense of urgency not found in other industries. Having owned and operated a small business successfully for a number of years, Mike is uniquely qualified to support small business owners with an empathy for the small business issues that define the quality of life. Having lost sleep over having the resources available to meet payroll he has a personal mission to help business owners install the planning necessary to avoid that situation.
Since beginning his consulting career Mike has won awards for practical, achievable solutions to small business problems. He takes pride in getting the right people in the right place with the right tools at the right time to achieve the goal. Customizing solutions to a business’ problems rather than making the business’ problems fit his solution has set him apart from “Cookie Cutter” consulting. Knowing that people support what they help create he involves the whole team in the solution. To him its not about who gets the credit it’s about will the solution endure. Mike teaches that “you must measure performance against a goal to improve an operation and deliver the desired profit.”
