Jack provides clients with specialized services that hone tactical planning strategies to drive success and growth.
As a distinguished leader in the Army Air Operations Group with a steadily rising rank, Jack Collins completed his military service as the Director of Operations for the Army Air Operations Group. This title led to a brilliant career intersecting aviation, healthcare, and technology. He soon became the Director of National Special Security Events within the Department of Health and Human Services, as the GS-14 focuses on medical and public health policies, operational plans, and procedures to ensure operational readiness for national special security events. Afterward, he rounded off his numerous accomplishments by achieving a Master Continuity Practitioner Certification.

Jack’s mission is to deliver operational strategies and well throughout procedures to businesses needing complex strategy building and active control of business practices. This methodology provides a structured approach to increase efficiency, reliability, reporting, and compliance while controlling organizational risks.
Outside of work, Jack is known for being a die-hard UNC basketball fan. He is also a loving husband and father to his wife and four beautiful girls. Nothing pleases Jack more than spending his well-earned time off with his family.
Applying his specialized skill set to private industry, Jack led the financial and operational development as CEO of AeroMD, a successful startup in global aero medevac operations. Jack has held numerous consulting roles, pushing clients’ growth and new accomplishments over the years.
Most recently, he served as the CEO of Montgomery Surgery Center in Rockville, Maryland, leading his team in healthcare revenue cycle management and all critical operations. In 2019, Jack joined PharmD Live as Vice President of Operations and Strategy. Working closely with the senior management team, major stakeholders, and customers, he designed potential new strategic initiatives. These efforts took on a tactical approach to operational issues in a dynamic and forward-thinking manner not attempted prior. Innovative strategies will always bring revolutionary ideas.
