He has delivered savings of well over $750M across many different industries, focusing on maintenance, Turnaround / Shutdown, operations, and supply chain disciplines. He is able to easily communicate at all levels within an organization from the CEO to the shop floor.
Away from work, Chuck Clayton is active in his church serving as an usher and the Knights of Columbus where he is the Chairman of the Knights annual charity golf tournament. He enjoys family time, playing golf, and spending time on the lake.
Chuck Clayton is happily married to his wife of over 32 years Debbie, and the have two grown sons who are both Eagle Scouts and work in the airline industry. They reside in Newnan, GA.
